Made from 100% White Grenache very mature (over-ripe on theground) of old estates of poor performance.
The aging is done in new French oak barrels for five months.
Should serve it cold at a temperature of consumption between 4 and 6 ° C.
Description
In appearance with pale golden hues, very shiny. The nose is floral and fruity, highlighting thetoasted wood, citrus notes (grapefruit), the tertiary (hydrocarbons) and mature (the honey and peach). On the palate is very fresh, with a soft sweetness, without offending. Smart has a delicious balance between acid and sweet, very persistent.
