Description
The process of preparation of this wine is very simple: The liquid remaining after release of the must begins to ferment Grenache with skins (with less must but more concentrated) and three days later, this breeze is pressed. Finally finish fermentation in 500L boots with their mothers for seven months.
It is an ivory yellow colour with slightly green pigmentation.
Aromas of apple, peach, anise and balsamic and other spices.
On the palate is broad and fleshy with notes of fennel, citrus and tropical fruit overtones.
Very interesting!!!
It is ideal to accompany a good sautéed mushrooms.
